Role Description

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager, to make a significant impact in running, developing and creating a team that will deliver incredible customer experiences. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders in the business and be comfortable working in an agile high growth environment.

This role would be ideal for someone that has a wide remit of responsibility that might include but certainly not limited to sales, customer support, pricing, retention marketing, customer service and operations. The opportunity is to build a world class team that delivers a unique customer experience.

Example - Responsibilities

  • Creating a customer success structure that supports the growth of the business internationally
  • Managing & motivating a growing team
  • Setting targets and goals for your different teams
  • Formalise on-boarding of new sellers, cross & up-sell strategies
  • Working with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product and Tech to ensure total alignment and transparency in feedback, reporting and monitoring
  • Introduce a formal recruitment, on-boarding & training process
  • You will have responsibility for every buyer and seller no matter where they are on their journey with us
  • Introduce a playbook of best practice to future proof the CS function.
  • Introduce best practices and technologies to automate certain interactions
  • Be the customer champion within the business


Required Skills & Attributes

  • Several years experience building and running sales orientated internal teams
  • Have worked in both corporate/consulting and start up environments
  • Have an inspirational high energy management style
  • Worked with SMB’s
  • Have experience with running customer support/service teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a cross functional management team
