Role Description

The Bark Team is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to work with senior stakeholders in the business in designing best practice, then attracting and on-boarding world class talent. This is an opportunity for someone wanting to step in and own the delivery of TA in a truly fast paced and dynamic company.

  • Source, identify and qualify the highest quality candidates for all key stakeholders
  • Responsible for hiring across all opportunities including but not limited to full stack engineers, data analysts, performance marketeers, support and sales team members
  • Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns - Have autonomy with your candidate generation approach. We love people who use their initiative
  • Being a trusted partner to the business for hiring data, market conditions and benchmarking


Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experienced hands-on recruiter from either an in house or agency background
  • Have a solid track record of hiring in tech
  • Worked in or with early stage high growth companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
